Payment Methods
Wasatch Software proudly accepts Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, PayPal, check, or money order.  We also accept
purchase orders (subject to approval).  Payment for purchase orders must
be received within 30 days of invoice date.  Lack of payment may result in
software license forfeiture or other action.  Software leasing also available
upon approval.

Shipping Times (Retail Orders)
Orders of products that are in-stock are received in 2-5 business days.
If a product is out of stock shipping times may be 1-2 weeks.
When this occurs Wasatch Software will provide status updates whenever requested.

Academic Software
Educational software will only be sold to qualified users, as
determined by the guidelines set for by the software manufacturer.

Sales Tax
As Required by law, Wasatch Software charges sales tax on orders
shipped to customers in the state of Utah and certain other states.
Customers in states that we do no charge sales tax for are responsible
to pay any associated use taxes.  Contact the appropriate government agency
for additional information.  Certain circumstances may also add additional taxes
to your order.

Pricing Information
All prices are displayed in US Dollars.
Product and pricing data is updated frequently
and may change without notice. Pricing is not
finalized until date payment for entire order amount
has been received.

Returns and Cancellations
Wasatch Software only accepts returns when we are able to return said
order to our distributors and or vendors.  This applies to all product offerings.
Microsoft retail product can often be returned directly to Microsoft.  See the following

NO RETURNS ON OEM SOFTWARE.
