Who
is eligible for IT ServiceNet?
Companies of all sizes that offer IT services can find
new customers and increased service opportunities.
How
does IT ServiceNet work?
Leads
and opprtunities are distributed in 2 ways, at the
discretion of Wasatch Software:
Option 1: Some leads are distributed to
partners, who then own the opportunity from
start to finish.
Option 2: On other opportunities, we will
ease your companies administrative burden by handling
all billing and quoting for the customer. Each
service provider will provide information on the
services they offer, their specialties, and hours/rates
for typical service jobs they encounter. As
service opportunities arise, Wasatch Software will
select a company from our U.S. Partner Services Network
and coordinate the quoting, billing, and schedule for
the service opportunity. In general, members of
our U.S. Partner Services Network will provide Wasatch
Software with a negotiable 30% discount on their IT services as a
gratuity for the referral, as well as to cover
administration costs. Wasatch Software will then
charge the end user the partner's normal service rate.
Wasatch Software will decide which method to use
on each opportunity.
How does Wasatch
Software choose partners for IT service opportunities?
Distribution of service opportunities is based
upon a number of factors. Primary factors
include your company's level of customer
service, responsiveness, cooperation, customer
references, and areas of expertise.
Secondary factors include the amount of products
you purchase and your relationship with Wasatch
Software.
What else should I
know about IT ServiceNet?
Distribution of opportunities is at the sole
discretion of Wasatch Software. Also,
enrollment in IT ServiceNet does not guarantee
that your company will receive service
opportunities. Each IT firm will act as an
outsourced independent consultant, and may need
to fill
out an IRS 1099 form as required by federal law. |
